May favourites:

May favourites:
Here are my favourites for the month of May!

Seventeen 3in1 highlighter:
I love this product and have spoken about it before but i have been using it non stop this month. I like to mix this in with the primer i am using even though you can use this as a primer alone and i sometimes mix it in with my foundation and i find it gives a nice glow!

Make up revolution baked blush:
I am so impressed with this brand and have done a full review on the products i have but i love this blush! its is so pigmented and this also gives off a highlighted glow to the cheeks so you don't really need to add a highlighter!

Collection concealer:
I really disliked this product when i first bought it as i found it clung to dry patches but now my skin isn't as dry and i love it! It covers blemishes and dark circles amazingly and lasts most of the day!

Nspa Body firm cream:
This cream is so good, i have been using it everyday on my legs and it has left them feeling really smooth and a little firmer i think, well i hope so! hahah!

Wet'n'wild 'sweet as candy' palette:
I know that these little palettes have been raved about a lot but they are so good! i like the fact that they tell you which part of the eye to put each shade and i have been using this the most throughout may as it is quick and easy!
Rimmel Kate Lipstick in 101:

I have mentioned this before but i love the colour so much it is a pinky/nude. It is matte but not too matte where it dries your lips out!

NYX butter gloss in Eclair:
I have mentioned this lip gloss many times so im not going to ramble but it love it paired with the previous lipstick!

Sleek 'Oh So Special' eye shadow palette:

Sleek 'Oh so special' palette
I bought this palette a while ago but never used it and im not sure why! all of the colours are extremely pigmented and i love the colour range in this palette as they are neutral but still with a little colour and shimmer, if you know what i mean?!

I used the matte brown colour for the shade and mixed the second and forth colours on the top row! I would recommend this palette as you can create a lot of different looks and it consists of both matte and shimmer shades.

Also used:
Ardell demi whispies
Primark kohl eyeliner
Wet'n'wild mega protein mascara

MUA Matte Lipstick- Lilac belle!

MUA Matte Lipstick- Lilac belle:

I'm not really one for matte lipsticks but i loved the colour of this one, so i thought i would buy it as it is only £1! As most matte lipsticks are this quite drying but if you put lip balm on before it does apply easier, It is pigmented and quite long lasting but the only problem i have is that i find it doesn't wear of evenly, that might just be on me but im not sure! There isn't a huge shade range but there is a nude, red, pink and an orange i think! I would recommend these as they are a bargain for £1!

Current Favourite Lip glosses!

Current Favourite Lip glosses!

I never used to really wear lip gloss but recently i feel myself drawn to gloss a little more recently so i thought i would share my current favourites with you!

NYX Butter Gloss- Eclair
As you may be able to tell from these i tend to wear pink and nude colours! I have been using this non stop i wear it alone and over lipstick. It lasts for a good few hours on me and when it does fade it does fade evenly unlike some lip products that start to go patchy!

Rimmel Vinyl Gloss- Pin up
I do not understand how this is the first Rimmel lip gloss i have ever tried with it being such a popular brand!! This is very glossy but it is not sticky. The colour is a very bright pink.

MUA Intense Kisses - Quick kiss
This is the first lip gloss i have tried from MUA and i love it! It is very pigmented and does last a reasonable amount of time before you need to re apply. This can be worn alone or over the top of a lip stick. This colour is a mix between a pink, red and coral! If you understand what i mean!

Natural Collection - Barley sugar
From the swatch of this you can see that it is very subtle so i only really wear this over a lipstick and it suit a  wide range of different colours, if you just want to add a little shimmer.

Swatched as the order above!

Make Up Revolution Products!

Make Up Revolution Products!

Ever since i saw that this new brand was launching i have been dying to get my hands on some products and i looked in quite a few different stores and couldn't find it and ended up ordering online so i'm not sure if it is available in store yet or just not in the stores near me!!

Wow is the top swatch and sugar the middle swatch both of these colours are very pigmented so you need very little as i found out when i applied too much!! I found that these lasted all day on me.

I have the vivid baked blush  'loved me the best' it is amazing!! It kind of acts as a highlight as well as a blush, i didn't need to wear highlighter when i had this on. It is very pigmented and you only need to use a little. I will 100 % be buying more of these!

Pigments are in L-R Cautious, Confront, Allure, I have used two of the pigments and they are great! very pigmented and lasted most of the day. There is a range of colours available and i highly recommend them!

The Lipstick i have is in 'Encore' as the other colours i wanted weren't in stock so i only ended up getting one, I love the formula to this is is creamy and easy to apply. These may look similar to the MUA lipstick's and as mush as i love MUA this brand is a lot better!

The eye shadow i have here is in Mocha love i only bought one as i just wanted to see if i liked the formula and i love the formula it is so smooth and pigmented. It doesn't crease at all and is very long lasting!

I know this is a big statement but i think that this brand could soon become my favourite drugstore brand! I can't find any fault with that items i have but i haven't tried all the products!

Cleated Platform Chelsea boots!

Cleated Platform Chelsea boots:

Recently in Primark there have been a lot of shoes that have caught my eye! I don't mind buying shoes from Primark as they are on trend and a fraction of the price of say Topshop and other similar stores, I know they aren't as well made but I am one of them people that is careful with their shoes!! I hate dirty shoes!

These are a beige suede and are also available in a black faux leather with the white platform. I would say that that heel is about 2 1/2 inch and i find them so easy to walk in, I haven't worn any other shoes since i purchased them! i found that the shoes are comfortable enough to wear everyday and they are only £15.

Collection Solo Eyeshadows & Hot Looks Nail Polish Review:

Collection Solo Eyeshadows & Hot Looks Nail Polish Reviews:

I had never noticed these before until i saw them in the sale for 55p!! Such a bargain they should normally be £2.19! I got the feeling that some colours are more pigmented that others as the gold one is very pigmented but the other two you need to kind of load up the brush with product to see it!
I absolutely love the gold shade it looks lovely all over the lid, i used the white a brow highlight and the black on my lash line, The black did wear of quite quickly and i did apply a primer.

Again these were another item in the sale!! I think i may have owned a collection polish many moons ago but im not too sure! I was pleasantly surprised with these, They were opaque in two coats and the nude colour chipped easily but the bright pink did not chip for a couple of days! I think it just depends on the colour but i did really like them! The shades i have are Siren, Milkshake and Candy Floss.

Empties #3!

Empties #3:

I seem to have used quite a few hair care and skin care items up recently so i thought i would do an empties post!

Soap and Glory Clean On Me Shower Cream:
I have used this shower cream on and off for years! I love it, it is very moisturizing and smells amazing!

Beyonce Midnight Heat Shower Cream:
I love the smell of this perfume and this smells the same as expected but i don't think it was anything extraordinary!

Lee Stafford Dry Shampoo:
One of the best dry shampoos i have used recently and i will be buying the full size bottle!

John Freida Sheer Blonde Conditioner:
I have used both the shampoo and conditioner in this range and i like them but its not the best shampoo/conditioner i have ever used but it did tone down the brassy tones in my hair.

Argan Oil Heat Protection Spray:
Again another repurchase of mine, I'm kind of obsessed with anything that has argan oil in it!!

Boots Simply Sensitive Eye Cream:
I have already repurchased this cream, It leaves your under eye area so soft and i find my concealer's now apply better after using it!

Umberto Giannini Backcomb In a Bottle:
I really liked this but i also have the Charles Worthington Equivalent the Volume and bounce texturising spray to this one and i prefer that one more!

 Loreal Eye Makeup Remover:
I liked this at first but as i used it more i started to dislike it as it seemed to really sting my eyes so i don't think i will be repurchasing!

Beyonce Pulse Body Milk:
I didn't find this anything special either i did like it but i don't think it did anything amazing to my skin!

Tresemme Liquid Gold Argan Oil Perfecting Treatment:
I am definitely going to be repurchasing this as it smells amazing and smooths down my hair. You can apply it to wet or dry hair.

Nspa Ultimate Cleansing Tonic, Review:

nspa Ultimate Cleansing Tonic :Review

This is the first cleansing oil i have used to take all my make up off, i have previously used one to remove my eye make up but i usually use a face wash and this was on offer so i thought i would try it!
I love the scent of this it smells really fresh and once you have used it your face feels clear. It doesn't leave on oily residue which i was surprised about! It takes all my make up off quickly and you don't need to use a lot of product. i love this so much i went back about bought 2 more bottles so i highly recommend it!

Top 10 under £10!

Top 10 under £10!
As I love drugstore make up i thought i would show you my favorite items under £10! These are in no particular order!

1.MUA Palettes £4
These are probably my favourite palettes ever! These are only £4 and are amazing quality, each shadow is highly pigmented. These two are my favourite palettes and they are Undressed and Undress me too palettes.

2.Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation £6.99
I love this foundation because of the flawless look it gives to my skin but i also love the Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation which is just over £10!!

3.Seventeen Mirror Shine Lipstick £4.79
One of my favourite lip colours of all time! I love the finish of these as it is a glossy and shiny. They are available in a range of shades.

4.Sleek Contouring Kit £6.49
This duo is amazing, along with Benefit Hoola this is my favourite product to contour with!

5.Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer £5.49
I use this concealer under my eyes and it does not crease and i love the glow it creates! They only thing i don't like is the shade range as there are only a few colours and the lightest shade is still a little darker that my skin, which is not great for highlighting when i contour as i would like to use a paler shade but i can't find one anywhere!

6.Loreal Collection Privee Lipsticks £8.19
I love these lipsticks, I have the Julianne and Cheryl shades and they are the perfect nudes shades. They have a nude for every skin tone and i like the fact that you can choose from pink or brown undertones!

7.MUA Undress Your Skin Highlighter £3.00
The pigment on this highlighter is amazing! You only need the tiniest amount of product. This is my favourite powder highlighter by a mile! It lasts all day.

8.Bourjois Powder Blushes £7.99
The first thing a love about these is the scent! They smell of roses, i know some people don't like that but its not too overpowering! There is a range of colours available in these but my favourite is 'rose pompon'

9.Loreal Colour Infallible Eyeshadows £6.99
These are more like pressed pigments than a normal eye shadow! They are highly pigmented, have a wide range of colours and last all day!

10.Seventeen Phwoaar Power Under Eye Concealer £5.49
I use this concealer every day and it is sooo good! It has a thick but creamy consistency and is easy to blend. It is medium/high coverage and covers dark circles!
